My career has been a non-linear journey marked by perpetual curiosity and applying the lessons I learn. It blends the art and science of people and processes, focusing on that unique intersection where value is created by serving others.
I dedicated two decades to serving, leading, and empowering diverse teams in healthcare at UCLA, UC Davis, Stanford, and rural areas in Maine and Idaho. Next, my wife and I built a portfolio of diverse businesses, which remains an ongoing, growing endeavor. I’ve explored Venture Capital and served as a COO in a rapidly scaling startup.
My primary mission today is to foster vibrant communities of proven value creators driven by lifelong learning. I also help business owners prepare for their next chapter. Often by taking their business to the next level or crafting an extraordinary exit, assisting them in maximizing the value and legacy of their life’s work.
